Privacy Notice
Last updated November 1, 2026
This notice explains what WOGD LLC (World of Game Design LLC) ("WOGD," "we," "us"), which operates summonstudio.com under the SummonStudio brand, does with information about you when you visit the site or order from it.
What we collect when you order
The email address you enter beside the Summon button, and the kit you order. Placing an order creates a guest customer account for you in atlas, our commerce platform; we email you a link to claim it.
At checkout, Stripe collects your name, shipping address, phone number and payment card. We receive your name, email, shipping address, phone number and order details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
What we collect when you visit
Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser information and the pages you request. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site sets no cookies of its own. When you start a checkout, your browser keeps a note of that order in its session storage so the thank-you page can show your order link; it stays on your device and is usually cleared when you close the tab. We do no cross-site tracking, so the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Why we use it
To take payment, print and ship your order, send you your order link and an email to claim your account, answer your questions, and handle broken or missing parts (because we need to, to carry out our contract with you); to meet our tax and accounting obligations (because the law requires it); and to prevent fraud and keep the site running and secure (our legitimate interest in a safe, working store).
Who processes it
Orders and customer accounts are kept in our commerce platform, atlas (atlas.gamecodex.com). Payments are processed by Stripe. Order emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Product pictures and turntables are served from our media host at pub.gamecodex.com. Shipping carriers receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.
Our footer links to our YouTube channel; we do not embed YouTube players on the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle parts claims, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Server request logs are kept for a short period for operations and security.
Your choices and rights
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email info@wogd.com. We will delete what we are not required to keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and you may contact your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EU or UK, your information is transferred to the United States to fulfill your order.
Changes and questions
