1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

To place an order you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.

Our kits are hobby products, not toys. They contain small parts and are not for children under 14.

2. What we sell

We sell 3D-printed tabletop terrain kits, printed in PETG-HF plastic on our own print farm from designs we own or license from their publishers. Kits ship unpainted and in parts and need assembly, usually with glue. Some parts are printed with supports that you may need to remove. Renders and turntables show the shape of a kit. Painted photos and video show finished examples; your kit arrives as unpainted plastic.

Buying a kit gives you the physical printed kit. It does not give you the digital files or any right to reproduce, scan or sell copies of the designs. We never sell or share the files.

3. In-stock and made-to-order kits

Some kits are in stock: already printed and on the shelf. Their page says "In stock" and they ship the next business day.

Other kits are made to order: we print them after you order. Their page shows our best estimate of the ship date, from our live print queue. If it slips, we will tell you and give you a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund instead.

If we have to pause orders for a kit, its page says so and we will not take an order for it until it reopens.

4. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the kit page and again at checkout. Any shipping charge and tax that apply are shown at checkout before you pay.

Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Placing an order creates a guest customer account for you on our commerce platform, so you can follow and manage your order. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a price or listing was clearly wrong or if we cannot fulfill it.

5. Shipping

We ship to the countries offered at checkout, to the address you enter there. Delivery times after a kit ships depend on the carrier. For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country may be due on delivery.

6. Broken or missing parts

If a part arrives broken or is missing, tell us within 30 days of payment through our customer portal (atlas.gamecodex.com/account), with a photo. Once we have checked it, we send you a replacement part free; you pay the postage for sending it, which we show you before you pay. Our support page explains how.

This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

7. Your order page

After you order you get an order page with its own link, where progress and photos appear. Anyone you share that link with can see that page. It shows the kit, its progress and photos, and once it ships, the carrier and tracking number. It does not show your name, address or payment details.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or the rights of others; harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person; upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; scrape, harvest, or bulk-export content except as expressly permitted; or circumvent any access, security, or entitlement control.

9. Intellectual property and copyright

The Service, including the SummonStudio name, logos, artwork, video, audio, text, and software, is owned by WOGD LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. © 2026 WOGD LLC (World of Game Design LLC). All rights reserved. SummonStudio is a brand of WOGD LLC.

World names, kit designs and other publisher material belong to their publishers and are used under license. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or in that material.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including payment, hosting, content-delivery, font, and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them by using them.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This section does not apply to the kits you buy: nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right you have in them under the law that applies to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOGD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or an order will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOGD and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, the law, or the rights of any third party.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice. Orders already paid for will be fulfilled or refunded. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; any dispute not resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring the matter elsewhere.
