Support

Help with anything you bought here happens in your customer portal. Orders and support for SummonStudio are handled by World of Game Design (WOGD), the company behind the shop, so the portal lives at atlas.gamecodex.com. Sign in with the email you used at checkout: we email you a sign-in link, so no password is needed (you can set one later if you like).

Open the customer portal

Track an order

See every order, where it is in the print queue, its photos as pieces are printed, and the tracking number once it ships.

Ask us something

Open a support request on an order, attach photos, and follow the replies in one thread. A real person reads and answers your request.

Report a broken or missing part

Open the order, choose the kit, and tell us which part you need. Add a photo.

Change the delivery address

You can update where an order ships until it leaves us.

Broken or missing parts: replacement parts policy

If a part arrives broken or is missing from your kit, send us a photo within 30 days of your order date. Once we've checked it, we print the replacement part free. You pay only the postage, which we show you before you pay.

To report one, sign in to your customer portal with the email you used at checkout, open the order, and choose “Report a broken or missing part”. Add a photo and list the part or parts you need.

Ship date slipped?

If a made-to-order kit's ship date slips, you can cancel for a full refund. Open a support request on the order in your customer portal.

Can't sign in?

If the sign-in email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you used the email from checkout. Still stuck? Email info@wogd.com with the email you used at checkout and your order date (or your order page link, if you have it), and we'll help.

Before you report a part

Kits arrive unpainted and in parts, and some parts carry supports or small print marks that clean up with a knife, a file and a little sanding. Those are normal for a 3D print and are not a broken part. What to expect from a 3D-printed kit
